Let's Do This: Moving from Idea to Execution!

Let's Do This: Moving From Idea to Execution! is designed for entrepreneurs, nonprofit & business leaders to:
1) Teach them effective methods for operating their businesses;
2) Connect with other like-minded individuals in a supportive environment; and
3) Help them gain the tools to succeed with their business endeavors.

Participants will complete exercises that take them through the steps required to go from idea to execution. Participants will also learn how to create SMART Goals and action steps to accomplish those goals. Furthermore, workshop participants will discover their organization’s internal assets, service refinement process, and how to understand and implement best practices after engaging in a SWOT analysis.
