Meet Emily Huskinson '12, CEO RW Fine Jewelry (Originally Ring Wraps)
Aggie Entrepreneur Emily Huskinson '12 will close out Global Entrepreneurship Week in Aggieland on Thurs., Nov. 17, at a fireside chat hosted by the Venture Studio at DesignSpark Innovation Center, a member of the Brazos Valley EDC's Invest Brazos Valley and the Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers. Emily is the Aggie President and Founder of RW Fine Jewelry, Emily began her entrepreneurial journey as a student, creating custom gameday dresses. She was inspired to launch RingWraps at her brother’s ring day in 2006. After receiving her Aggie Ring in 2011, Emily started RingWraps and launched her online store. Emily received three U.S. patents for her RingWraps design. In 2014, she opened a showroom and jewelry workshop in the Dallas World Trade Center. Her company has given over $1 million to philanthropies and scholarships since its inception. RingWraps, now RW Fine Jewelry, has expanded its catalog to offer other custom fine jewelry, but still continues to offer Ring Wraps for more than 150 different schools. Emily will be interviewed by Chris Westfall, executive coach in residence at The Venture Studio.
