Naple's launch of 1 Million Cups with international entrepreneurs

1 Million Cups is coming to Naples this month during Global Entrepreneurship Week.

1MC Naples, an event to bring together southwest Florida entrepreneurs, startups and the community, will debut at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, at the Naples Accelerator, 3510 Kraft Road, Ste. 200, Naples.

Over a cup of coffee, 1 Million Cups allows entrepreneurs and startups to present information about their businesses or ideas, get feedback and make connections with potential customers and investors.

“1 Million Cups is a great way to connect entrepreneurs and startups with the Southwest Florida community,” said Jace Kentner, director of the Collier County Office of Business & Economic Development.

“Collier County is known as a community of retired CEOs, executives, serial entrepreneurs and venture investors and we hope young businesses can learn from their years of expertise,” he said. “1 Million Cups is another opportunity to assist Collier County’s existing businesses.”

We will have a telepresence session taking place with Buffalo Pacific's CEO David Allen with the goal of offering mentoring to the presenters.
