Experiential Innovation: Where Learning Meets Entrepreneurship

Join Stephens College at Nourish Café & Market for a special Mid-Missouri Global Entrepreneurship Week event exploring how experiential learning can become a catalyst for innovation, entrepreneurship, and community impact.

Experiential Innovation: Where Learning Meets Entrepreneurship will highlight Stephens College’s approach to moving learning beyond the classroom by connecting students with real businesses, community partners, and entrepreneurial opportunities. Guests will learn how experiential initiatives such as Nourish Café & Market, Susie’s Campus Store, The Agency student consulting experience, internships, apprenticeships, and community partnerships create environments where students can test ideas, solve authentic business challenges, develop professional skills, and contribute to growing enterprises.

Hosted at Nourish Café & Market—itself an example of an innovative experiential learning environment—the event will bring together students, faculty, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and community partners for conversation about new models of learning and entrepreneurship.

The discussion will explore how colleges and communities can collaborate to create opportunities that simultaneously support student learning, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and economic growth.

Rather than simply teaching entrepreneurship, Stephens College is creating opportunities for students to experience it, contribute to it, and help shape what comes next.
