GEN in Lithuania
GEN has been active in Lithuania since the early years of Global Entrepreneurship Week, with ISM University of Management and Economics anchoring the national campaign and mobilizing over 124,000 participants across nearly 1,200 activities in 2010. Lithuanian government officials have been consistent participants in GEN's Startup Nations Summit, with Ministry of Economy representatives attending editions in Cork, Tallinn, and Surabaya to engage on startup policy design. Lithuanian startups have also competed on GEN's global platforms, with edtech startup eTrain reaching the Entrepreneurship World Cup Top 100 in 2021. GEN maintains active relationships with Startup Lithuania, the Ministry of Economy, Go Vilnius, and Vilnius TechFusion, connecting Lithuania's entrepreneurial community to its global network.

Millions of people around the world have the ideas, talent, and ambition to build something better for themselves and their communities — but have never seen entrepreneurship as a path available to them. Global Entrepreneurship Week, taking place November 16-22, 2026, changes that. This campaign meets people where they are and connects them to the networks, tools, and support to take that first step — showing what’s possible in their own communities.
