Join us to orientate and navigate the different resources, activities and opportunities that you can find within the OpenExO community.

We have designed this particular game for consultants and coaches and generally for people who want to better understand and apply the ExO framework. We plan to customize the game and activities further for other profiles in the future.

There are over 50 different challenges ready for you to work on in 4 different phases - Explore, Learn, Do and Share. When you complete a challenge, you will earn experience points which can later be redeemed for one of our awesome rewards.

As you move along you unlock more challenges and also earn badges to mark your progress. We have also prepared special bonuses, super powers and other surprises along the way.

You can play the game alone or you can bring in more people to the game and to our community via your unique referral link. When you do that, you will earn experience points also when the people you refer earn theirs so it's a good idea to stay close to them and keep them motivated.

Your progress is tracked on various leaderboards so go check them out to see how you compare with other gamers. You can also send messages to any other player, connect with your own group that you have referred or message all the players, all from within the app.

This game is a prototype and we would love to get a lot of feedback from our community. How can we make the experience better? What challenges did you like and what did you not like? What else should we add? How was it to play the game?
