Enactus University of the Philippines-Los Baños

We are the premier international social entrepreneurship-oriented student organization and official Enactus team of the University of the Philippines Los Baños. We are part of the Enactus network—an international community and non-profit organization of student, academic and business leaders committed to using the power of entrepreneurial action to create a better, more sustainable world. As an organization, it is committed to empower its students as a career and professional development platform by igniting innovative social enterprises, projects and campaigns that help achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Ambisyon Natin 2040. Specifically, its objectives are as follows: To represent the University of the Philippines Los Baños as its premier social entrepreneurship student organization and official Enactus team; To create social enterprises, projects, programs and campaigns that empower people to improve their livelihoods towards sustainable development; To maintain a community of entrepreneurs from the UP Community To nurture successful young entrepreneurs through creating social enterprises and projects that develop their resilience and competencies towards career and professional development; To promote the socio-academic excellence of its members through the power of entrepreneurship and innovation; and, To promote and protect the Filipino culture, heritage and history through its undertakings in order to contribute to nation building and fortifying the Filipino identity. The organization envisions itself as a dynamic organization of excellent entrepreneurial action leaders igniting award-winning social enterprises and campaigns that activate business innovation towards sustainable development, inspiring nationalism and positive Filipino values.
