• Understanding: Help newcomers understand the cultural differences and the business culture of the Island. Educate locals about the impact of this community on the island. Encourage respect and embrace diversity through effective communication.
• Collaboration: promote and create a community between locals and newcomers. Serve as liaison between the different communities, the government, private sector, academia, professional associations and other ngos. Share new business opportunities.
• Discovery - Inspire people to discover Puerto Rico. Organize and create adventures so that they get to know the culture and natural beauties of Puerto Rico. Organize and create experiences to bring together the act 20/22/60 community and the locals through social, cultural and educational events.
• Involvement - Serve as a voice to issues that affect the community and their particular needs and be able to assist them with government, business or everyday situations and challenges.
