MORE THAN ONE PERSPECTIVE
MTOP is a social enterprise which was founded in 2016 by Nina Poxleitner, Julian Richter, and Lisa-Maria Sommer. For 2 years, they worked as fellows at Teach for Austria, where they witnessed recently migrated refugees struggle with integration in Austrian secondary schools. In an effort to solve this issue, MTOP was born! Nina, Julian, and Lisa-Maria wanted to show the potential of successful refugee integration, while also demonstrating the advantages of diversity in the labor market. To make this goal a reality, MTOP pairs highly-skilled and qualified refugees with companies throughout Austria.
