The Stage Small Business Incubator and Coworking Space

The Stage Small Business Incubator/Co-Working Space is an initiative founded by Gary's Miller Spotlight's Jobs and Economy Action Group, the Miller Business Association and A C C T/ Carmella's STAGE on Shelby. They have collaborated on the implementation of the final part of the community plan. Miller Spotlight is a Legacy Foundation initiative and our backbone organization is the Miller Beach Arts & Creative District. The aforementioned organizations have partnered together to create an environment that serves as a catalyst for economic development and growth through entrepreneurship for the good of Gary, Indiana. Our Board of Directors has a wide range of expertise and entrepreneurial experience that help fulfill that mission. Located in the Shelby and Locust Square neighborhood of Gary, Indiana, we have opened our doors in February 2017 as the first business incubator/ co-working space serving entrepreneurs in the Gary community. The founding committee along with strategic community partners believed in providing a creative place for education, useful resources, and unadulterated synergy. We are committed to upholding our mission to foster a healthy and thriving entrepreneurial bionetwork.
