ISLAMABAD, PAKISTAN – In a powerful display of the next generation’s economic potential, the URAAN Recognition Ceremony recently concluded Citizens Entrepreneurship Week (CEW) 2026. Hosted by Hamari URAAN Pvt. Ltd. in strategic partnership with GEN Pakistan, the event served as a high-velocity intersection of academic brilliance and industrial expertise.

The ceremony was held at the National Incubation Center for Aerospace Technologies (NICAT), which served as the official venue partner for this prestigious gathering. By moving the event to NICAT-Islamabad, the program transformed from a traditional school gathering into a sophisticated startup showcase within a premier tech ecosystem.

Strategic Partnerships and Institutional Support

The success of the event was underpinned by key collaborations that provided the institutional weight necessary to bridge the gap between classroom concepts and market-ready ventures. These included:

  • The City School Satellite Town Campus: Serving as the Strategic Partner, the institution reaffirmed its commitment to modernizing the educational landscape by integrating real-world challenges into the curriculum.
  • Evolve Management Consultancy: Acting as the Official Outreach Partner, the firm played a critical role in addressing the "soft" infrastructure of success, including digital transformation and strategic collaboration.
  • NICAT: Beyond providing a world-class venue, NICAT offered students insight into the technical scaffolding and funding access required to turn raw creativity into sustainable enterprises.

Cultivating a New Economic Narrative

The cornerstone of the event was the interactive exhibition, where student-led teams presented diverse business models ranging from sustainable product prototypes to advanced digital marketing strategies. These young founders defended value propositions to a panel of seasoned industry leaders.

"Our mission is to provide global exposure to Pakistani youth," she noted. "By fostering innovation early, we are ensuring these students enter the global market as leaders".

The event was further dignified by a cohort of industry pioneers who engaged directly with student stalls to offer granular, real-time feedback. Notable attendees included:

  • Ms. Saba Quadri (Vice Principal, The City School Satellite Town Campus)
  • Mr. Shayan Yar (Representing NICAT)
  • Ms. Farwah Batool (Director Communications, Evolve Management Consultancy)
