In his role he is responsible for driving brand expansion for the coffee industry leader throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions of the United States through the recruitment of well-qualified and talented franchisees.  He has held previous positions as Director of Franchise Development at Red Mango USA, Vice President of Franchise Development and Operations for Hollywood Tans, Regional Sales and Operations Manager for Hallmark Cards, and Senior Analyst for United Telephone.

Bruce Herold

Herold is the Franchise Owner of The Chick-fil-A at Happy Valley restaurant in State College, PA. He oversees all restaurant operations, marketing, and leadership development for the restaurant and also serves on task force and IT implementation support for new restaurant openings with the franchise. He held previous roles as a general manager for Darden Restaurants.
