  Tyler has been working with the Happy Valley LaunchBox for almost three years, starting as a law student intern in May 2016. After working with the clinic for the entirety of his third year of law school with Penn State Law, he accepted the position of staff attorney with the Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic and have been full time since August 2017. To date, Tyler has been involved with and overseen the formation and organization of roughly 300 small businesses, and has seen a wide range of issues spring up over that course of time, providing plenty of examples for what young entrepreneurs should be aware of.
