Kristy enjoyed an evolutionary career as a partner in an insurance and risk management agency. Their firm re-created itself three times as a result of mergers & acquisitions, including a ten-year relationship with a family-owned community bank. With locations spread across multiple states, Kristy knows the challenges of creating and maintaining a strong culture in a growing sales & service company. Her industry exposure includes manufacturing, construction, and professional service clients.

She left the firm in order to pursue her interests in EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) after having implemented it within her firm. She held the role of Integrator, and it blew her mind just how quickly they improved their business results and built a leadership team.

All of this has fostered in her a compelling desire to guide businesses on a path that provides practical tools and simple concepts to grow your business and enjoy a fulfilling life outside of the business as well.
