Seminar Series - Labor & Employment Law Update
Presented by the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce, with guest speaker Attorney Joseph Bartulis of Fletcher Tilton PC, attendees will learn about the latest developments in labor and employment law, including: workplace implications of legalized, recreational marijuana in Massachusetts; the Massachusetts "Bathroom Bill" and other transgender workplace issues; the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act; the Massachusetts Pay Equity Act for 2018; and recent changes with I-9 form and immigration law; among other topics.
