Session "Our Impact in Society"

On Tuesday, November 14th, as part of the Deusto Entrepreneurship Week 2023 and within the Global Entrepreneurship Week events, there will be a session dedicated to the senior year students of Modern Languages, Management, and Tourism in the course taught by Professor Garazi Azanza. This session will feature María Lambarri, Director of the Unit for Relations with Economic and Social Agents at the University of Deusto, who will discuss the impact we have on society.

The session will analyze the importance of the context in which we live and why measuring social impact plays an essential role. It will also cover how technology has significantly impacted the performance of today's jobs. Additionally, the challenges associated with global demographic trends will be identified, considering different groups of people and countries. The session will conclude with a brief introduction to the theory of change and the tools used worldwide for measuring impact.
