*Off-Site* The Agile Toolbox: Preparing Your Team for Success

A lot of organizations and teams are striving to become agile but might not have the right tools. There are a lot of different agile methodologies, and sometimes people can get lost trying to understand what they need to keep their project moving. This session will provide an overview of agile and review different agile methodologies; examine several common tools agile teams leverage for estimates, organizing work and lessons learned; and share experience from successfully using agile tools at work.
