SoCal Urban Farming

In southern California, we are experiencing food insecurity and a food desert. In many cities in this region, we are lacking healthy, and organic foods. A great number of our cities have been filled with fast food chains that have caused many problems including obesity, diabetes, and many other health issues. Our mission is to educate the community on how to farm and grow their own fresh, affordable, and healthy food. We plan to offer, workshops, seminars, and rent land for farming for those who lack space in their home. We know this is a nationwide issue, but we know we can make an impact even if its just in our community.
