SparkU-Don't Hire Yourself

SparkU, Endicott's startup bootcamp annual event, will be held over 6 evenings the month of October.  Each evening's workshop is targeted toward a narrow subject with encouragement to attendees to complete a "building block" that helps to advance his or her business idea.  

On October 22th, from 6pm to 7pm EST, "Don't Hire Yourself" is the featured workshop on talent management.  Led by Alicia Ramsdell, CEO of Mindful Career Path, the workshop will challenge entrepreneurs to look beyond themselves when they hire and manage talent for their startup.  Diversity brings strength when it comes to hiring, fund raising and customer discovery.
