SparkU - Please Tell Me A Story
SparkU, Endicott's startup bootcamp annual event, will be held over 6 evenings the month of October. Each evening's workshop is targeted toward a narrow subject with encouragement to attendees to complete a "building block" that helps to advance his or her business idea.
On October 27th, from 6pm to 7pm EST, "Please Tell Me A Story" is the featured workshop on the necessity of storytelling for startups Led by Avery Sikora, operations manager at the Pagliuca Harvard Life Lab, the workshop will reinforce the need for startups to leverage a narrative behind their product or service. As someone who hears many investor pitches, Avery knows that the winning difference between two similar ideas is a narrative that is honest and simple.
