Startup To Restart: Powerful Entrepreneurial Tools You Need To Know

This workshop is designed for both new and veteran entrepreneurs. Attendees will experience two powerful visual tools, Porter's Value Chain and the Business Model Canvas, to design value-driven business models that quickly adapt to today's rapidly changing market. Entrepreneurs will find this workshop helpful for designing a startup, hitting reset after the pandemic, or taking over a business through succession or purchase. Whatever stage an entrepreneur is at, the ability to visualize their venture and the value it provides to customers makes them more agile and competitive.
