TEDxCSUS: Boomerang

TEDxCSUS 2017 is the first-ever independently organized TED event at Sac State, that brings together local, and international speakers to discuss how they’ve tossed their own personal boomerang into the world, and the effect it’s had on their local communities. Just as boomerangs come back around, we believe in empowering each other so that this support can “come back around” to our region.

Our goal is to bring together bright minds, such as our current students, faculty, staff, alumni and international guest speakers to open a door that will foster learning, inspiration and wonder – and to provoke conversations that matters. Speakers include Kit Miyamoto, Earthquake Engineer; Charleton Churchill, Adventure Photographer; John Grant, Author and Business Humanifier,:and much more! Check out www.TEDxCSUS.com for more information!
