#THIS2020 : Dutch Trade Mission "Energy 2.0" to Houston

Virtual Trade Mission - Houston Texas - Rotterdam, Netherlands

Is your business exploring international opportunities in the energy transition? Then join the digital trade mission Energy 2.0 to Houston, Texas. On November 16-18, Houston, as the energy capital of the world and the Netherlands, as the gateway to Europe will team up to strengthen the economic partnership between the different energy hubs and ports.

The first day will virtually take you to Houston for an introduction into business opportunities in the energy transition in Texas. Day 2 will transport you to Rotterdam to gain more insight into Energy 2.0 on the Dutch side. On the third day, Dutch and American companies will connect with their relevant counterparts in targeted matchmaking sessions. During this digital mission, various American and Dutch organizations take you into the world of energy transition both on the Texas side as in the Netherlands, and we’ll make sure that there is plenty of room for discussion and interaction.

This mission is organized with the participation of the Greater Houston Partnership, the city of Houston, Rotterdam Partners, the city of Rotterdam, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, FME, the Consulate General of the Netherlands in Miami, and the Netherlands Business Support Office in Houston. On the occasion of the mission, Rotterdam Partners and The Greater Houston Partnership will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that will provide a launch pad for business partnerships between both cities.
