About the Company

Circlez is building an OKR (objectives and key results) platform for manufacturing and production facilities. The software will allow production managers to create circles for each production team and set output goals. Each team member will have the app on their phone where they can log results, track progress, communicate with the manager, and compete within the team or against other teams. Managers will be able to view all progress logged in the circles they manage, encourage/commend employees, add incentives for goal-completion, and use an AI analytics tool to better understand their metrics. The tool will be designed to reduce production downtime caused by inefficient software, increase worker motivation and engagement, and reduce worker turnover.
