In this highly individualized and interactive session, participants will experience the powerful science of 'PB JAM'. Each participant will discuss, reflect and clarify what their biggest challenge is as of now (in small cohorts of 5 each) and then start the journey of identifying which soft skill area to focus on to effectively address the challenge on hand.
