Alchemist Microenterprise Academy Graduation, Fall 2025 Cohort

Come celebrate this amazing Alchemist Microenterprise Academy cohort! Learn about the program and the businesses that make up this graduating class and get to try some of their delicious creations!

This graduation event will be in-person at Empress Tavern in downtown Sacramento and will follow the following schedule:
11:00- Arrive and receive samples of products from the graduating AMA businesses
11:30- Graduation ceremony- learn about the graduating businesses and the AMA program
12:30- Networking with the graduates- tell them how much you loved their food and are excited for them to launch so you can buy their products!

What is Alchemist Microenterprise Academy? AMA is is a 12-week business training course that trains aspiring food-preneurs in the fundamentals of starting and sustaining a food business. Consistent with Alchemist CDC’s nonprofit mission, the target participants for this program are entrepreneurs from low-income backgrounds or under-resourced communities. Event location: 
Empress Tavern is located at 1013 K St, Sacramento, CA 95814. It is across from a city own paid parking garage (Capitol Garage) and there is metered street parking on the surrounding streets. Further out there is some non-metered street parking.
