Tulsa’s entrepreneurs are busy building — and they need policy that helps, not hurdles. This action-oriented town hall convenes founders, small business owners, creatives, and ecosystem partners with city and state policymakers to surface real barriers and co-design practical solutions.

Kick off the morning with coffee, breakfast, and connection among Tulsa’s entrepreneurial community, civic leaders, and ecosystem partners. Meet fellow founders, investors, creatives, and policymakers before the conversation begins.

 

9:00 AM | Opening Remarks & Lightning Talks

Hear opening remarks from community leaders and partners, setting the stage for collaborative problem-solving.Then, founders across diverse sectors deliver lightning talks sharing their firsthand experiences with the policies that help—or hinder—them in building their businesses.

 

9:30AM | Breakout Sessions

Participants join interactive breakout groups spanning ten key tracks to discuss real-world challenges and co-design practical solutions: Private $ • Public $ • Creatives • Tech • Academic • Food/Retail/Hospitality • Manufacturing • Agriculture • Brick-and-Mortar • Small Business & Nonprofit

 

10:30 AM | Policymakers on Stage

Local and state policymakers take the stage to respond directly to themes emerging from the breakout sessions. Together with ecosystem leaders, they discuss tangible policy steps and future commitments to strengthen Tulsa’s entrepreneurial landscape.
