Small Business Lunch & Learn: Using Data to Find & Locate Customers

HYBRID LUNCH & LEARN

Want to better understand who your customers are and where opportunities may exist?

Learn how to use the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Quality of Life Explorer to turn local neighborhood data into practical business insight. In this hands-on session, you’ll explore information that can help you better understand customers, communities, and potential markets - and use what you learn to make more informed decisions about location, services, partnerships, outreach, and business growth.

This program will be presented by the UNC Charlotte Urban Institute, UNC Charlotte’s applied research and community outreach center. The Institute works across the region to turn data and research into information that communities, organizations, and businesses can use to make informed decisions.

Whether you are starting a business, expanding into a new area, or looking for a clearer picture of the community around you, this session will show you how local data can become a valuable tool for planning your next move.
This is a hybrid program and may be attended in person or virtually. If attending virtually, you will receive the Zoom link in your registration confirmation email.
