Ray Fitzgerald serves as the Assistant Director of Loan Programs at the Tulsa Economic Development Corporation (TEDC), leveraging his extensive background to drive economic growth in Tulsa. Prior to his current role, Ray was a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps, developing leadership and discipline. In his current capacity, Ray plays a pivotal role in TEDC's mission to foster economic development, create opportunities, and strengthen the local community.
