Pretty Ndlovu
Pretty Tsholofelo Ndlovu is a passionate advocate for entrepreneurship and digital transformation, with over 15 years of experience in ICT and business leadership. As the Director for Startup Huddle at the Global Entrepreneurship Network, she oversees a program spanning 60+ countries, working closely with ecosystem builders to foster knowledge exchange and entrepreneurial growth worldwide.
Beyond her role at GEN, Pretty is a seasoned entrepreneur, leading Betterforce Digital and Recalibrate, as well as a Digital Creative Agency that empowers impact-driven brands. She is also the co-founder of two nonprofit organizations focused on equipping youth with future-ready skills through STEM and entrepreneurship programs. Committed to driving change, she actively creates opportunities for climate solutions and digital transformation in African townships and rural communities.
