Erica Kesse is a love force with mysterious wisdom celebrating life. She is the Leaders’ Healer and Founder of Your Goal Concierge, Inc, a consulting agency for leaders to find their right fit solutions. She is the Founder of Thrive Oasis, a resting place and resource hub for Matriarch and Mom CEOs. Her Try On Philosophy of fearless execution of tasks utilizes her proprietary tool, the Thrive Plan, a self awareness assessment and operating system.

She has twenty-plus years as an Educator, Facilitator, and in Healthcare Administration. She is a Licensed Therapist of 9 years. She marries her degrees in Business Administration, Mental Health Counseling, and Leadership to offer Strategy Sessions in Thriving and Increasing Profits, Business Execution Coaching, Mental Fitness Coaching, Healthcare Consulting and Fractional COO services through an exclusive, nurturing, and knowledgeable experience offering a 3 step approach of Assessment, Implementation, and Sustainability.

She volunteers as the Chair of Startup Grind Nashville and Oklahoma Chapter. She is the former Chair of Workshops/ Seminars and on the Women’s Leadership Conference Committee for SCORE Tulsa and is a Certified Mentor. She offers Biweekly Business Boost sessions for Black Business Boom and plenty of events/ resources for entrepreneurs.

Erica is a homeschooling mom of a 13 year old budding entrepreneur, who offers workshops to address the lack of communication in families in collaboration with her mother. The dynamic duo offer family coaching together as a service of Thrive Oasis. She loves to travel, photoshoots, and curating experiences.
