Marwan Jamal

With over fourteen years of experience, Marwan W. Jamal has in-depth expertise in entrepreneurial and startup growth in global regions, including KSA, New Zealand, and the USA. Also, he is an expert in the entrepreneurial ecosystem building and support part as well as Finance & Investment planning support for Small & Medium Enterprises (SME). Marwan has experience in building and running acceleration and incubation programs. He ran the first Global Accelerators Network (GAN) accredited program in Saudi Arabia in Flat6Labs and contributed to developing multiple university-based entrepreneurship centers in the MENA Region. As a founder, he has launched numerous startups in advisory and financial services serving the small and medium enterprises in KSA, USA, and NZ. Marwan is a seasoned business coach and advisor with strategic and financial development and growth planning expertise. Marwan has operated and contributed to multiple entrepreneurship support programs throughout his career. These programs ranged from accelerators, incubators, and education and awareness programs. Through this period, he has helped launch more than 40 entrepreneurial enterprises and startups. Marwan has contributed to the entrepreneurial ecosystem globally and within KSA and the MENA Region through his role in launching and managing the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) chapter in Saudi Arabia. In New Zealand, Marwan became a co-founder of GEN New Zealand, promoting entrepreneurship nationwide. During the past year, GEN NZ has developed its strategy to support the ecosystem enablers throughout Aotearoa. Alongside the team, he has launched the NZ Ecosystem Enablers Network, where different government, public, and private ecosystem key players collaborate on and coproduce initiatives and programs promoting the NZ Entrepreneurial Ecosystem.
