I lead a shoe company, Vellies Ville and a consulting company, NkwaliPride Business Solutions. I am also a volunteer committee member at a coaching professional body, Comensa (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa).
I am a professional coach credentialed with Comensa as a Senior Coach and International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach. I use this skill to coach traditional leaders and their community members to accelerate a sustainable development in rural communities. A recent achievement is the establishment of a factory at Malangeni Village in Lusikisiki where 23 young people were coached and trained into making leather school shoes. I continue to coach and mentor them to ensure success of their business.
I am excited about a Start Up Huddle: Lusikisiki that will be launched on the 19th November 2024 to ensure a structured approach in supporting rural communities.
