Rachael Twumasi-Corson

As a multi-award winning serial entrepreneur, fractional executive and storyteller, Rachael has spoken at hundreds of events including for: Jaguar Land Rover; Sifted; Wellcome Trust; YouTube; Facebook; Wray & Nephew; Wired; Slush; Marketing Week; Camden Council; Centre for Entrepreneurs; The British Library; WeWork; UCL; University of the Arts London; HSBC; SVB; Brunel; Google; the University of Birmingham; and appeared on TV and radio.

After graduating with a Law degree from the University of Birmingham, where Rachael founded Afrocenchix, she studied at the Institute of Trichologists. Rachael then graduated from UCL with an MSc in Medical Anthropology (with a dissertation completed at the University of Cambridge Medical School) before developing her career as a business leader and storyteller.

Rachael exited, Afrocenchix, her first start up in 2023 and began working as a consultant and fractional executive soon after. She also hosts the Mum Dem Podcast.

Her interests include: business; branding and marketing; health and wellbeing; ethics and sustainability; d2c startups; creative arts; mental health; and disruptive tech and ethical AI.

Rachael lives in London with her teacher husband and four young children. When she's not running businesses, consulting, volunteering or serving on boards, Rachael loves doing karate with her older kids, reading books, painting, playing guitar and writing fiction.
