Rebecca Oluwayemisi Adeyeye

Dr Rebecca Oluwayemisi Adeyeye is the cofounder and Managing Director of Lifefount Hospital a leading hospital in Cancer care, Surgery and Endoscopy. She is a management consultant and the published author of ‘Entrepreneurship is a beautiful thing’, a management guidebook for business owners who seeks business growth and work-life balance.

 Dr Adeyeye is an international speaker, mentor and trainer who has won several awards and recognitions including Forbes Africa 25 incredible women 2025 , Top 50 inspiring Nigerian Women in 2024 by BusinessDayNg, Top 100 women creating a better Africa in 2023 by WeForGood International, Top 100 most influential women in Nigeria in 2022 by Leading Ladies Africa, Global leader 2021 by the U.S department of states International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) and entrepreneur of the year 2020 by kwara live. Dr Rebecca is a TEDx Speaker who has graced many international stages which includes two time speaking engagement at the Dubai Leadership Summit UAEand King’s College London.

Dr Rebecca spearheaded many community impact projects through Lifefount foundation, a charitable organisation she cofounded about a decade ago which is dedicated to transforming lives of women, youth and business owners with focus on Healthcare, Entrepreneurship, Women's Economic Advancement, Relationship Management and Christian faith. Lifefount foundation project STEMSTEPS empowered more than 200 young women with digital technology and entrepreneurship skills for which she received the U.S. Department of States’ IVLP impact awards.

 Dr Adeyeye is a graduate of Rebel Business School London and a mentor for many global and regional organisations like United Nations Women |DO, World bank |Do, Tony Elumelu Foundation, WIMBIZ, NNEW and FCMB. She is a member of the body of governors of Kemnal Technical College London. She served as an EDC ambassador for Cherie Blair Foundation and the pioneer president of the alumnae of Academy for Women Entrepreneurs, AWE, a White House led global prosperity initiative. Dr Oluwayemisi Adeyeye has been featured on many platforms including BBC, Forbes Africa Magazine, The Meridian,  BusinessDayNg, Fidelity Bank Show and Inspiration FM. 

Dr Rebecca Adeyeye’s mission is to use her education, expertise and experience to positively impact her contacts. Her hobbies includes visiting inspiring places and spending quality time with loved ones. She is married to her darling husband Surgeon Ademola Adeyeye and blessed with two adorable children Adesewa and AdejolaOluwa.
