What's Your Bias?

As humans, our innate tendency to make observations, form opinions, and shape judgments within seconds of meeting someone; this activity can, and does lead to assumptions. Through familial socialization, previously learned behavior, and lived experiences, our assumptions can result in developing cliques and (unconscious and conscious?) exclusionary behavior.
