"Who Owns the Ice House" Self Paced Course Offered to North Carolina Area Chambers

The Entrepreneurial Mindset is a specific set of beliefs, knowledge and thought processes that drives entrepreneurial behavior. When one is able to think with this type of mindset, it is empowering because the results are that of being self-directed, action-oriented and being highly engaged in one’s endeavors, whether that be in an educational environment, a business or organizational setting or in a governmental arena. Such a mindset leads to one becoming highly resilient, resourceful, and solution-oriented in the face of obstacles to follow through with simple solutions that lead to opportunity.

Inspired by the life story of Pulitzer nominee Clifton Taulbert and the influence of his Uncle Cleve, "Who Owns the Ice House? Eight Life Lessons from an Unlikely Entrepreneur," is offered in a self-paced course where the participants experience problem-based learning that is designed to inspire and engage participants with the determination and perseverance of an entrepreneurial mindset. In this self-paced course, participants learn from a diverse array of real world, “unlikely” entrepreneurs who have embraced an entrepreneurial mindset.

We'd like to share this course with area Chambers of Commerce members who are interested in all of the amazing information that this course offers!
