The GET Leadership Circle

While not a formal mentorship program, GET Fellows creates opportunities for meaningful connections and strategic engagement with individuals shaping the future of entrepreneurship, innovation, and investment globally.

Through curated interactions—including roundtables, small-group conversations, and networking events—participants gain access to perspectives, connections, and insights from leaders working across entrepreneurship ecosystems, investment, policy, and innovation.

This cohort is focused on leaders from entrepreneur support organizations (ESOs), angel investor networks, and public sector entrepreneurship and innovation programs across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Your investment covers a full year of programming and an in-person experience in Quito, Ecuador*.

PROGRAM TIMELINE

The GET Fellows Journey: A One-Year Leadership Experience

The program is designed to fit busy schedules, with a mix of virtual sessions and in-person opportunities.

    September 2026-February 2027

    The experience begins with six months of relationship-building, peer exchange, and exposure to ecosystem-building practices from across the region and around the world.

    Drawing on the IDB Group, GEN, and partner networks, Fellows engage in tailored opportunities for collaboration, strategic introductions, ecosystem exchange, thought leadership, and partnership-building across the broader GET Platform.
