GEW Germany is celebrating women founders and entrepreneurs during this year’s Global Entrepreneurship Week. The partners of GEW Germany followed a recent announcement and contribution to the international campaign, GEW:Women, with a range of almost fifty events spread nationwide throughout Gründerwoche Deutschland 2015.
Events included business breakfasts, coaching seminars, thematic workshops as well as many other different programs.
In the middle of the week stands the action day, “Aktionstag FRAUEN unternehmen heute,” which brings together 180 “Vorbildunternehmerinnen,” which means successful and experienced women entrepreneurs, who were recently awarded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy as best practice female entrepreneurs. It is a meeting with women interested in creating innovative ideas and starting an own business.
