The United States African Development Foundation Authorizes $25,000 Investments for Each of the African Diaspora Network’s 11 Award-Winning Entrepreneurs

For Global Entrepreneurship Week, the United States African Development Foundation is rewarding $25K to a dozen African based startups. The funding is being used for startups that are working with healthcare, education, agriculture, renewable energy, and menstrual health sectors.  

Global Entrepreneurship Week Taking Place Through Nov. 20 in Kansas City 

KHSB / Missouri  

KCSourceLink, a nonprofit that helps aspiring startups and established businesses find the right business resources to start, scale or accelerate has put together over 150 events in Kansas City and Missouri for Global Entrepreneurship Week. Research from KCSourceLink shows that 60% of new jobs created in Kansas City are created from entrepreneurs and small businesses. These events are to spark entrepreneurial spirit in the area.
