The spirit of entrepreneurship is taking center stage across Jordan as Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) Jordan 2026 officially kicks off, bringing together a growing community of more than 100 partners representing the public and private sectors, civil society organizations, universities, schools, entrepreneurs, and institutions supporting innovation and economic growth.

The national launch was marked by the GEW Jordan Partners Talk, bringing together partners and stakeholders to celebrate the beginning of a month-long national movement that puts entrepreneurs, innovators, and opportunity creators at the heart of Jordan’s economic and social development.

This year, GEW Jordan is taking place under the theme “Entrepreneurs Thrive Here”, reflecting a shared belief that Jordan is not only home to ambitious entrepreneurs, but also a place where ideas can grow, businesses can scale, and entrepreneurial potential can create meaningful impact.

The 2026 edition is being delivered in strategic partnership with Zain Telecom Company Jordan and the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, and Digital Support Partner the Virtual King Hussain Business Park, whose support reflects a strong commitment to strengthening Jordan’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and creating more opportunities for entrepreneurs and young innovators.

The Partners Talk brought together representatives from across the ecosystem to highlight the role of collaboration in building a stronger entrepreneurial future. The event featured discussions around the vision of Global Entrepreneurship Week, the role of strategic partners, and the collective responsibility of institutions in creating an environment where entrepreneurship can flourish.

With more than 100 partners already on board - and more will join - GEW Jordan 2026 is transforming entrepreneurship from a series of individual activities into a national movement powered by collaboration.

Throughout the week and the wider GEW campaign, partners across Jordan will deliver a diverse range of activities, including workshops, networking events, mentorship sessions, training programs, awareness activities, innovation initiatives, and opportunities connecting entrepreneurs with investors, institutions, experts, students, and the wider community.

What makes GEW Jordan truly powerful is the diversity behind it. From government institutions and leading companies to universities, schools, civil society organizations, entrepreneurship

support organizations, and community initiatives, each partner brings a different perspective, audience, and contribution to the movement. Together, they are creating more spaces for people to learn, connect, experiment, build, and take their first step toward entrepreneurship.

As GEW Jordan 2026 begins, the message is clear: entrepreneurship is not happening in one place, within one sector, or through one organization. It is happening across Jordan - and it is growing stronger through partnership.

Entrepreneurs thrive here. And this is only the beginning.
