With Global Entrepreneurship Week rounding out the work week — and preparing for its final two days — events are still pouring into the website.
So which states and cities are leading the way?
Texas is currently the top U.S. state on the national events leaderboard with 107 events registered on the website (as of the time of publication). Kansas City leads all cities with 82 events, followed by Muncie (70) and Tallahassee (47).
Please keep in mind that the team at the Global Entrepreneurship Network is busy compiling data for multiple weeks after Global Entrepreneurship Week finishes — so the following counts are unofficial and will change. The final counts are validated through surveys and debriefs with more than 100 community organizers throughout the country.

Trailing those two states in places #3–#5 are:

These states continue to show strong year-over-year commitment to building inclusive, connected entrepreneurial communities during Global Entrepreneurship Week.
