In the Early Stage category, MabLab won second place and secured a $200,000 prize. The company is building the first self-administered test to detect the five deadliest lacing agents in drugs and drinks.
Brelyon won the top prize ($175,000) in the Growth Stage category. The company is an MIT spin-off introducing the first-ever headset-free virtual display for gaming, entertainment, and enterprise applications.
Stitch3D, a reality capture company, won the Space Tech in Mining category, and takes home a $100,000 prize.
The Global Finals were held as part of Biban 2025 and marked the beginning of Global Entrepreneurship Week celebrations in Riyadh.
The competition represents a significant platform that provides tools and resources to help entrepreneurs develop their ideas and achieve success. It also offers support to small and medium enterprises through specialized training programs and provides opportunities to connect with a global network of mentors in an intensive training camp.
GEN President Jonathan Ortmans and Board Chair Jeff Hoffman joined Saudi Arabia's Minister of Commerce and Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) Majid Al-Kassabi, as winners were crowned in the final round.
