Our mission at Founders Well is to create safe spaces for entrepreneurs to relax and release all tensions that come with the nitty gritty of starting, maintaining, and growing a business. We prioritize the mental, emotional, and physical wellness of founders; equip them with tools to help them enjoy the present moment; and optimize their leadership skills and talents in order to serve as the best version of who they truly are. Founders Well aims to cultivate a sense of mindfulness and leadership with self-awareness, providing a space for entrepreneurs to collectively reflect on their journeys and get equipped with tools to handle entrepreneurship hustle and bustle with ease; walking away with tools to grow their businesses leading a balanced, holistic lifestyle, without sacrificing their health, wellness, and happiness.

Through our wellness retreats, we aim to:

• Create a safe space for Founders and Women in Executive Leadership to have an extraordinary opportunity to spend time learning from each other and experts in mindful leadership
• Deepen our meditation and mindfulness practice.
• Learn how to let go of limiting beliefs and tap into our flow state 
• Build a set of tools to cultivate self-compassion and understand your emotional brain.
• Be surrounded by like-minded people who have chosen to spend this weekend learning in the community. 
• Integrate practical, tangible skills to become a more effective, mindful leader.
