The Global Entrepreneurship Network is offering paid airfare and accommodations to the Global Entrepreneurship Congress in Istanbul, Turkey, as a prize for the most registered GEW USA events. GEW USA qualifying events must be held in the United States, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Minor Outlying Islands.
To register your events, first, create your profile through the GEW website and include your personal information and organization details, to make sure your organization is recognized as a GEW partner. Once you have created a profile, you can add your events, workshops and other activities to the GEW USA website. The Global Entrepreneurship Congress will be held in Istanbul, Turkey on April 16-18, 2018.
As you are uploading events on behalf of an organization, university or other institution, please make sure you register with your personal information, title, and then the organization. Please, DO NOT put your organization in the "First Name" or "Last Name" fields. Your organization or institution may not be considered for the paid trip if the event organizer information is not entered correctly.
The winner will be the GEW USA partner organization that registers and conducts the largest number of events during the Global Entrepreneurship Week USA period (beginning November 12 at 11:59 p.m. ET to November 19 at 11:59 p.m. ET). GEW USA partner organization is defined as the entity that is primarily responsible for hosting and/or conducting the event. Qualifying events can only be registered with one GEW USA partner organization.

Welcome to the Global Entrepreneurship Network and Global Entrepreneurship Week USA Registered Events Competition and GEC 2018 Trip Prize, administered by the Global Entrepreneurship Network. Please read these trip prize terms and conditions carefully. By participation in the competition, you agree to abide by these prize terms and conditions.
These prize terms and conditions are in addition to the Global Entrepreneurship Network terms of use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in the competition. Capitalized terms are not defined in these prizer terms and conditions will have the same meaning as in the Global Entrepreneurship Network terms of use.
About the GEW USA Registered Events Competition
The Global Entrepreneurship Network will provide one individual paid airfare to Istanbul, Turkey, paid accommodations in Istanbul, Turkey, and paid admission to the two-day event Global Entrepreneurship Congress that will be held in Istanbul, Turkey, April 16 - 18, if the individual has registered the "most" Global Entrepreneurship Week USA events in the official GEW (genglobal.org/gew) database. The registration period is currently open, and will end November 25 at 11:59 p.m. ET. ("registration period").
Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the event registration competition, you must have a completed profile on the Global Entrepreneurship Week website. The individual must fill out the profile with personal information. In the event the winning individual is registering events as a representative of a college or university, institution, company or organization, the individual will be notified of that they are the winner, and can then choose to elect another recipient of the prize trip in replacement.
The winner will be the GEW USA partner organization that registers and conducts the largest number of events during the Global Entrepreneurship Week USA period (beginning November 12 at 11:59 p.m. ET to November 19 at 11:59 p.m. ET). GEW USA partner organization is defined as the entity that is primarily responsible for hosting and/or conducting the event. Qualifying events can only be registered with one GEW USA partner organization.
Examples of a single event can include, but is not limited to: an activity, program or lecture that is held at a single location, an online course, webchat or live social media discussion hosted from a single location. The winning individual will have until February 15, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. ET to confirm receipt of the prize trip, with the first and last name of the traveling participant, and include an email address, short professional bio, position title and organization.
The Global Entrepreneurship Network reserves the right to alter the definition of "single event" throughout the "registration period," and reserves the right for final decision on selecting the winning participant. The winning participant cannot exchange airfare, accommodations or registration fees for cash reimbursement. The winning participant is prohibited from exchanging the airline ticket, hotel accommodations or GEC registration to a different name.
Additional Terms
The Global Entrepreneurship Network reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the GEW USA registered events competition, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the GEW USA registered events competition, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the Global Entrepreneurship Week USA website. The Global Entrepreneurship Network will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the GEW USA registered events competition. The Global Entrepreneurship Network reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these prize terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
