Penn State’s LaunchBox is celebrating Global Entrepreneurship Week. The LaunchBox is an innovation hub to help early-stage entrepreneurs and this year they are hosting a “Tech-umentary” on Youtube. The Tech-umentary will examine old technological innovations and use this knowledge to discuss the future of tech innovation.
Championing entrepreneurship: 36 Degrees North to host weeklong event to assist start-ups

36 Degrees North Basecamp is a site in Tulsa, OK that fosters up and coming startups. GEW Tulsa will be hosting more than 25 events this week for Global Entrepreneurship Week. Some events include, a Venture Capital discussion covering topics like funding, pitching, and negotiating and speakers from locally owned businesses such as Jeremy Diamond, co-founder of Welltown Brewing.
UK arts entrepreneurs dive in headfirst at 'Fish Tank'

For Global Entrepreneurship Week, the University of Kentucky Department of Arts Administrating is holding their 5th annual “Fish Tank: Emerging Entrepreneurs in the Arts” pitch competition. This year, participants will be pitching their ideas in front of a live panel of judges. Some of the topics will focus on arts access in education, arts access in rural communities.
