On July 14, Global Entrepreneurship Network chairman Jeff Hoffman helped launch Global Field Day, a multi-platform global culture event to “inspire a return to play” while also raising money for charities empowering youth in overcoming adversity in the post-pandemic world.

He joined NFL stars Devin Funchess and Bronson Kaufusi of the Greenbay Packers, Corbin Kaufusi and Brock Felt of the San Francisco 49ers, and KJ Hamler of the Denver Broncos at Denver Broncos Stadium, where Funchess broke the Guinness World Record for “highest altitude catch of an American football”. Funchess caught the ball after it was thrown from a helicopter 750 ft above the field. The previous record, a 620 ft catch, is held by the University of Arizona Football, Rob Gronkowski and Jedd Fisch.

Hoffman and NFL guests also spoke with 30 youth present for the catch about the importance of dreams, big ideas, and sports.
