As we move toward Global Entrepreneurship Week 2025, Charlotte, North Carolina, is living out a powerful truth: economic freedom isn’t given — it’s built. This year’s GEW theme, “Together We Build,” aligns directly with the philosophy behind my book, Wizetics, and the Life-Biz Infrastructure™ system I’ve spent years developing. Our community is standing at the edge of a new era — one where underserved entrepreneurs aren’t just participating in the ecosystem; they’re shaping it.
Wizetics: A New Blueprint for Community-Based Entrepreneurship
The Wizetics philosophy teaches that mindset is the map, structure is the system, and community is the catalyst. When those three align, transformation becomes inevitable. For too long, entrepreneurship in underserved communities has been limited by the absence of foundational infrastructure — not a lack of ideas.
This is why the Wize Network Incubator was created: to build what our communities have been missing.
Through the incubator, we teach entrepreneurs how to establish the Life-Biz Infrastructure™ needed to turn vision into viable, scalable enterprise. Powered by the 7 Wizetics Pillars — Mindset Mapping, Strategic Structuring, Life Operations, Biz Genesis, Market Mastery, Monetization & Scaling, and Legacy Leadership — the incubator provides:
Business formation & compliance
Credit-building and capital readiness
Digital infrastructure (CRM, automation, website, channels)
Strategic direction and market positioning
Weekly coaching grounded in mental wealth and behavioral transformation
In Wizetics, we don’t just teach business.
We teach the internal and external architecture of success.
Collaborating With Mecklenburg County: Infrastructure Meets Ecosystem
The work ahead requires unity, not isolation — which is why our emerging collaboration with Mecklenburg County’s Office of Economic Development is so significant.
This emerging partnership is not just about entrepreneurship; it’s about economic mobility, structural access, and redefining opportunity pathways for communities that have historically been excluded from them.
Together, we are aligning resources to:
• Bring Life-Biz Infrastructure™ into underserved neighborhoods
• Strengthen pathways for minority-owned and justice-impacted founders
• Connect residents to business development tools, training, and support
• Co-design a more inclusive economic ecosystem for Charlotte
This is Wizetics in action: moving from inspiration to infrastructure, from ideas to systems.
Young Entrepreneur Summit 2025: Building the Next Generation
In April, Charlotte will host the first National Young Entrepreneur Summit, a gathering designed for the next wave of builders, ages 15–30, who are already shaping the future. Many of them come from households and neighborhoods where entrepreneurship isn’t explained, funded, or encouraged.
The Summit will offer:
Hands-on workshops
Leadership development
Digital entrepreneurship training
Access to mentors, coaches, and innovators
A direct introduction to the Wizetics 7 Pillars
Young people are not the leaders of tomorrow — they are the architects of today. They don’t need permission; they need position, perspective, and a pathway.
Together We Build — the Wizetics Way
Global Entrepreneurship Week celebrates innovation, but Wizetics celebrates inner innovation — the transformation of the mind, habits, structure, and belief systems required to build powerful ventures.
Charlotte’s ecosystem is rising because its people are rising. Through the Wize Network Incubator, the county partnership, and the Young Entrepreneur Summit, we are proving that: When a community builds together, it elevates together.
When people understand their power, they activate their purpose.
And when systems meet structure, prosperity becomes generational.
This is more than a celebration of entrepreneurship — it is the evolution of it.
This year for GEW, Charlotte is not just participating in the global movement.
We are contributing to it.
Because together we build.
And the Wizetics Way ensures we build with purpose, structure, and vision.
