Carina has executed winning strategies implementing business sustainability and growth during the last decade. She holds a background in Psychology and Design as well as a certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. This specialized skill set equipped her to execute client’s visions and manage teams. By optimizing processes, tools, and techniques to navigate the people side of business, cultural change has been efficiently realized. Trained in ethics, multicultural and diversity issues, she is routinely sourced to help facilitate and manage personal transitions.
