Ahmed Waqar Mohsin

Ahmed Waqar Mohsin is a founder, CEO, academician, and strategic planning consultant recognized for his contributions to entrepreneurship, corporate governance, and youth empowerment. He currently serves as the officially appointed GEN Global Leader representing the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) in the United Arab Emirates. In this capacity, he acts as the primary representative for the GEN brand in the UAE, catalyzing relationships with leading organizations, coordinating with global policy teams, and driving participation in major initiatives like the Global Entrepreneurship Congress (GEC).

As an entrepreneur with a multi-regional footprint, Mr. Waqar is the Founder & CEO of The 5th Dimension Corporate Consultancy, a UAE-based advisory firm, and owns BRYSONA Consulting (Pvt) Ltd in Pakistan. Through these entities, he provides global expertise in strategic planning, governance, compliance, operational audits, and business transformation. His leadership enables organizations to enhance performance and scale sustainably across diverse industries.

His commitment to the entrepreneurial ecosystem is further demonstrated through his role as the Director of Strategic Alliances & Partnerships at GEN Pakistan, where he builds collaborations to create opportunities for startups and youth. Mr. Waqar’s career includes co-founding e-maginationz (2014–2021) and delivering executive training programs in leadership and change management across the UAE, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.

With a postgraduate degree in Business/Commerce (M.Com) and a Postgraduate Certificate from Cambridge University, Mr. Waqar continues to champion innovation. He believes that empowered youth and resilient organizations are the key drivers of future economic and social progress.
